ROEZ finished general overhaul of two pieces intake equipment TG2 of the Nosice hydroelectric power plant with an installed capacity 67.5 MW. Scope of overhaul was focused on repair and modernisation of barrier and closing boards and repair and modernisation of hydraulic control with boards.
Pressure vessel is pre-shaped with linear buckling (bifurcation) analysis, 2nd eigenshape. Deformation is for better illustration showed in right figure with higher ration. Critical external pressure for pre-shaped vessel is 0.32 MPa, instead of 0.90 MPa for ideal geometry vessel.
Mitigation of undesirable vibrations during operation of rotating machines is unthinkable without the detailed assessment of their vibrational characteristics.
