PRODUCTION AND ERECTION OF PRESSURE EQUIPMENT AND SPECIAL STRUCTURES

This includes all manufacturing, erection and service activities of the company. Manufacture division offers complete solutions of production orders in the scope of design, manufacturing documentation, delivery, erection, putting into operation, guarantee and post-guarantee service.

The division is located in a modern production plant, it disposes of experienced team of technical employees and manufacturing baseline of expert staff. Professional approach of our employees supported by experience enables to optimise separate technological processes with the aim to reach minimal time of realisation while keeping the quality above standard.

All processes are being performed within the standards of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, in compliance with which ROEZ company is certified. Preparation and execution of welding are processed in compliance with EN ISO 3834. Long –time experience with manufacture of equipment for NPP and also for hydro power. Own designing department, department for stress, fatigue, seismic and process calculations, experience in reverse engineering.

Tube exchanger (liquid- liquid)

Tube heat exchangers in version of liquid- liquid are used for heat Exchange between two liquid media. The design of the exchanger consists of a shell and a tube bundle. Tube bundle can be with straight tubes (between two flanges) or with tubes of “U“ shape with both ends connected to one flange. Standardly the warmer medium flows in the tubes and cold medium in the shell (inter-tube area). Material version is variable according to individual media, operational parameters, required efficiency or demands of built-up area dimensions. Basic material versions are:

tubes – carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, brass
shell – carbon steel, stainless steel

Surface treatment of the shell for carbon materials is selected according to conditions of external environment, version of insulation and based on the temperature of operational medium in inter-tube area. Stainless materials are pickled and passivated. Other requirements for surface treatment need to be discussed with our employees.

Tube exchanger from finned tubes (air-liquid)

Structure of the exchanger consists of a shell and tube bundle. Tube bundle consists of straight tubes between two flanges, on the tubes there are fins increasing the heat-exchanging surface. Standardly the warmer medium flows in the tubes and cold medium in the shell (inter-tube area).
