This includes all manufacturing, erection and service activities of the company. Manufacture division offers complete solutions of production orders in the scope of design, manufacturing documentation, delivery, erection, putting into operation, guarantee and post-guarantee service.
The division is located in a modern production plant, it disposes of experienced team of technical employees and manufacturing baseline of expert staff. Professional approach of our employees supported by experience enables to optimise separate technological processes with the aim to reach minimal time of realisation while keeping the quality above standard
All processes are being performed within the standards of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, in compliance with which ROEZ company is certified. Preparation and execution of welding are processed in compliance with EN ISO 3834. Long –time experience with manufacture of equipment for NPP and also for hydro power. Own designing department, department for stress, fatigue, seismic and process calculations, experience in reverse engineering.
Vertical pressure vessel

Supplied pressure vessels are of welded structure. The vessel shell is of rounded sheets, on the top and bottom side finished by arched ends (e.g. DIN 28 013). The supports for vessel installation can be in alternative versions in 3 supports (legs), 4 supports, and cylindrical rack with anchoring flange (chapel), footings located around the shell.
Connection to media distributions is solved via throats. Throats can have following finishing– preparation for connection to pipeline: throat with flange, throat with externa, / internal thread, throat with bevel for weld. To ensure inspection of internal area it is possible to equip the vessel by a manhole.
Material version of the vessel can be of carbon steel, stainless steel. Surface treatment for carbon materials is chosen based on demandingness of external ambient and based on medium in the vessel. Standard surface treatments include polyurethane, epoxide and synthetic painting systems. For aggressive media it is possible to coat the inside of the vessel by rubber. Stainless materials are pickled and passivated. Other requirements for surface treatment shall be discussed with our employees.
The vessels can be delivered per request as well as seismic resistant ones. We perform design and declaration of seismic resistance by calculation method as a priority. Qualification by physical test is possible after discussion with our employees.
Operational parameters:
Pressure: 0.6 MPa to 10 MPa
Temperature: max. 250°C
* higher parameters per request
Horizontal pressure vessel

Supplied pressure vessels are of welded structure. The vessel shell is of rounded sheets with arched ends (e.g. DIN 28 013). The supports for the vessel installation are standardly designed as two saddle supports, symmetrically positioned on the vessel shell.
Connection to media distributions is solved via throats. The throats can have following finishing– preparation for connection to pipeline: throat with flange, throat with external / internal thread, throat with bevel for weld. To assure inspections of internal area it is possible to equip the vessel by a manhole.
