Nearing the end of 2020, some changes occurred in the system of entities participating in the assurance of overall management of real estates in the Logistic Park Jaguar Land Rover in Nitra.

ROEZ s.r.o., particulary our FSM Division, has strengthened here our position, where as an overall facility services provider we have concluded a extension contract for provision of FSM services

for the next period related to production halls DC3 (37.837 m2 + 23.749 m2 other areas), DC1 (26.321 m2 + 25.358 m2 other areas), and DC2 (35.001 m2 + 32.586 m2 other areas) for Quntar

Slovak Logistics I., II., and III. .

Another triumph was a successful result of ROEZ s.r.o. activities in the repeat procurement procedure for the overall management of the logistic site in Žiar nad Hronom (32.918 m2), which we

have managed since November 2019 for Prologis Slovak Republic XL s.r.o.

In the given areas, we are continuously ensuring smooth, continuous and high-quality running of operations. We take care of the interior and the exterior as well, we ensure all activities within

technical administration and maintenance of structures, and fulfil all related legislative requirements.

As of the end of the year, by another long term customer, we were also asked for cooperation in field of assurance of technical inspections of freight vehicles and their accessories for western

Slovakia and Hungary. Entrusted task was opened up with maximum effort and right away. Thanks to this project, we are extending our skills and the scope of activities.
