The company ROEZ, s.r.o. provided implementation of the mechanical and technological part of the work, including the equipment manufacturing, thereby significantly contributing to the completion of the first chemical plant for the production of “Rhamnolipids” in the world.

For our customer, Evonik Fermas s.r.o. (member of Evonik Industries), we implemented a large-scale project, which consisted of the following activities:

• Documentation part: processing of manufacturing documentation, technological procedures of production and assembly, quality documentation, welding documentation, OSH documentation.
• Prefabrication of pipelines and vessels manufacturing: technical preparation of manufacturing and logistics, manufacturing and prefabrication in the production plant.
• Complex construction management, logistics and assembly: columns, pressure and non-pressure vessels, exchangers, separators, agitators, centrifuges, mixers, cooling stations, pumps, dryers, complete assembly of pipelines with accessories, insulation, coatings, including complete project and construction management , quality control, OSH management of warehouse management and supply logistics, site transport and lifting equipment.
• Tests and commissioning support: inspections and tests plan and commissioning plan processing, performance of tests according to ITP and commissioning support.
