With sunny weather, great energy, and plenty of friendly competition, our ROEZ team building day was one to remember.

Colleagues from across different departments were mixed into teams and took on a variety of activities—from mini golf and archery to puzzling and air hockey. Let’s just say… some creative interpretations of the rules (😉) added an extra layer of entertainment!

After the morning challenges, we enjoyed a fantastic lunch together, followed by a range of individual activities in the afternoon, including horseback riding, quad biking, tennis, wellness sessions, and even alpaca therapy.

More than anything, the day was about connecting. It was a great opportunity for people who don’t usually work closely together to bond, compete, and have fun—reminding us what truly matters: TEAM ROEZ
